We all have a place we call home. Whether that home is inside our hearts or an extension outside of ourselves. There are many facets that go into the makings of a home. This winter, the Griot Girls have gone in search of our definitions of home. We searched for the landing place or in the words of Bell Hooks - the Homeplace. Join us as we site Black love and resistance from our recalling of stories of home and the ones we wish to create.
